Jennifer Chew

Jennifer Chew, MPT, MSc., BSc(Kin)

Jennifer Chew is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Exercise Science and Health Promotion from the California University of Pennsylvania. She is also a McGill alumna with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

Jennifer currently works as a physiotherapist out of Form Physiotherapy in Vancouver, BC where she specializes in rehabilitating athletic and lower extremity injuries. Jennifer is also currently working as a physiotherapist for UBC Athletics with their varsity athletes.

Professionally, Jennifer has a special interest in treating runners and weight lifters. Jennifer is adept at new technologies and that includes keeping up to date with research on the latest modalities like laser and shockwave therapy. Since this year Jennifer has also been using AI technology to analyze runners’ gaits helping them optimize their running efficiency while preventing injuries.
