Dr. Kevin Wing
Dr. Kevin J Wing graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 1999 as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC). He then went on to complete three fellowships in the Foot and Ankle sub-specialty: one at UBC, the second at University of Washington (UW), and the third at the Mayo Clinic, in Scottsdale, Arizona. He joined St Paul’s Hospital and the UBC Department of Orthopaedics in 2001. He is currently appointed as a Clinical Professor of Orthopaedics at UBC. Dr. Wing was the Program Director, Adult Foot and Ankle Reconstruction fellowship from 2012 until 2016. He continues to contribute to the SPH Orthopaedic Research Office, with a special interest in the surgical management of end stage ankle arthritis and patient reported outcome instruments. Dr. Wing is a member of the Canadian Orthopaedic Association (COA), and the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS). Dr. Wing is the current president of the Canadian Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (COFAS) and immediate past president of the British Columbia Orthopaedic Association (BCOA).
